PROFESSIONAL COnsulting

At NuVision Therapy, we partner with organizations to cultivate cultures of connection, empathy, and shared growth. Through mindfulness practices, nonviolent communication, and compassionate leadership, we support teams in building trust, improving collaboration, and navigating challenges with greater awareness and care. Our coaching and consulting services are designed to help groups not just work together—but truly grow together.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

As a professional therapist my goal is to support you throughout your journey. I believe we can use your internal strengths to reduce barriers and develop techniques for a more positive and fulfilling life. Do you wish to develop your life’s purpose, pursue personal and career aspirations, or learn to love you? If so, I can’t wait to speak with you!

COUPLES’ Therapy

In our work together, we focus on building emotional safety, strengthening healthy boundaries, and fostering more open, respectful communication. Couples learn to better understand their conflict patterns, express needs without escalation or withdrawal, and listen in ways that promote repair rather than defensiveness. The goal isn’t to eliminate conflict, but to help couples navigate it with greater clarity, compassion, and teamwork so disagreements become opportunities for growth instead of disconnection.

grounded Men’s Group

COMING SOON…

This structured group focuses on relapse prevention through Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) strategies, supporting recovery from both substance use and behavioral addictions. In addition to skill-building, the group creates space to address the underlying drivers of these behaviors—particularly patterns of threat-based responding shaped by unaddressed anxiety, shame, and internalized expectations around performance, control, and emotional restriction. Drawing from ACT and CFT, participants learn to relate differently to difficult internal experiences, cultivating psychological flexibility, self-compassion, and values-guided action rather than avoidance or numbing.

I love meeting with Rayshaun. I find him very attentive, perceptive, and I feel that he always is able to pick up on important themes even if I not immediately aware of them myself. I also appreciate that he will send follow up messages and resources in between sessions.

I really enjoy the suggested readings and supplemental materials, they are often sent by the office during holidays and times of perceived distress in the world. I hope they can continue being sent and potentially personalized as our relationship grows.

I am completely satisfied with my counseling experience with Rayshaun!
